Due to the vagaries of the weather and willingness of subjects for example, it may not be possible to capture all of the images requested. The Client is granted a license to make copies of the images for friends and family, make unlimited prints, and to upload images to websites, such as Facebook, Twitter or personal websites/blogs. Full copyright of the images remains with the Photographer; the Client may not sell any imagery on to third parties.
